Barriers to Achieving Optimal Health and Wellbeing

The City of Stonnington is developing the next Health and Wellbeing Plan (2025-29) and we are inviting the community to give feedback on what is important to you to further inform our draft plan.

From June to August 2024, we sought community feedback on the draft plan (2025-29) and more than 80% of respondents said improving mental health and wellbeing was a priority.

Other priorities included:

  • increasing active living
  • preventing all forms of violence
  • tackling climate change and its impact on health
  • reducing harm from alcohol and drug us
  • reducing harm from tobacco and e-cigarette us.

Based on the feedback, we have now developed a new survey to gather more information to further inform the development of the Plan (2025-29).

Have your say

Complete the survey before 31 December and tell us what gets in the way of you achieving physical, mental and social wellbeing.
