Bayside Council is presenting the Young at Heart Expo in the Rockdale Town Hall on Saturday 15 March as part of the NSW Seniors Festival, celebrating the role and contribution seniors make to our community.
This free Expo will give seniors the opportunity to explore the wide range of suitable opportunities available in Bayside while discovering new activities or groups to join.
The program includes live music by the Music Shed Big Band, the Sing Your Heart Out Choir, Tai Chi demonstrations, dance performances, stalls showcasing senior activities available in Bayside, and a free BBQ lunch.
