Bayside Young At Heart Expo Success

Bayside Council's Young at Heart Expo in the Rockdale Town Hall on Saturday 15 March was enjoyed by more than 1,000 seniors, who discovered more about the wide range of senior services available in Bayside.

Many seniors groups active in Bayside had stalls including the Bayside Men's Shed, the Fix It Sisters, Gabbies Sewing Angels, Mascot Seniors, Dance That Walk Group and Pagewood Seniors.

The popular program included live music by the Music Shed Big Band, the Sing Your Heart Out Choir, Tai Chi demonstrations, dance performances and a free BBQ lunch.

The Young at Heart Expo is part of Bayside Council's Senior Festival celebrating the role of seniors in our local community that runs in conjunction NSW Seniors Festival.
