Road Policing Group North officers are seeking information regarding a crash in Bayswater yesterday, Friday 26 July 2024, in which a child pedestrian was injured.
Sometime between 12:30pm and 1:00pm a 3-year-old boy was located injured alongside The Strand. It is believed he was struck by a blue vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle failed to stop at the scene of the crash.
The child received a serious leg injury and was taken to Perth Children's Hospital by his family.
Investigators urge anyone who was driving a blue vehicle in the area at the time to come forward and make contact via Crime Stoppers.
