As the Townsville Local Disaster Management Group (TLDMG) along with Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) continue to monitor and respond to the current severe weather situation, Townsville City Council advises residents that the following services will be disrupted tomorrow (Monday 3 February 2025):
- No bin collections will occur tomorrow. Further advice on updated collection days will be provided.
The following facilities will be closed tomorrow (Monday 3 February 2025):
- All Waste Transfer Stations
- All Citylibraries branches
- Townsville City Galleries
- SERVE Customer Centre at 103 Walker Street and Citylibraries Riverway
- The Strand Waterpark
- The Rockpool
- Riverway Lagoon
