Bin Fire Appeal, Bowen Hills

Investigators from the Fortitude Valley Criminal Investigation Branch have released CCTV of a man who may be able to assist investigations into a bin fire in Bowen Hills on January 24.

Initial information indicates shortly after 2am, a man approached an industrial bin outside a Burrows Street business and set fire to the contents.

The fire resulted in damage to the business premises.

Emergency services extinguished the blaze, no one was injured.

Police are appealing to the man, or anyone who recognises him or has vision which may assist investigations to come forward.

Investigations are continuing.
