Investigators from Major Crash Investigation Section have charged a 37-year-old truck driver from Collie over a fatal crash in Binningup on Sunday 3 June 2018.
It will be alleged around 11.25am, a Kenworth prime mover towing a semi-trailer north on the Forrest Highway collided with a cyclist near Noble Road in Binningup., WA Police say
The 36-year-old male cyclist from Victoria Park died at the scene. The 37-year-old driver of the prime mover was not injured.
The 37-year-old truck driver from Collie has been charged with Careless Driving Causing Death, and will appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court 10 October 2018.
Witnesses who have not already spoken to police are encouraged to call Crime Stoppers.
