Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Blake Love.
Warrants have been issued for the 36-year-old's arrest in relation to theft and drug offences.
Love is described as being about 186cm tall with a medium build, dark brown hair, blue eyes and fair skin.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, South Yarra, St Kilda and Balaclava areas.
Investigators have released an image of Love in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
