A body of a man has been located in the water off Picnic Point.
About 11.25am today (Monday 19 August 2024), officers attached to Marine Area Command were called to Picnic Point boat ramp on Carinya Road, Picnic Point, following reports a body was located in the Georges River.
The body has been recovered and is yet to be formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
