Residents in the Bombala, Cathcart and Delegate area are advised that there is a delay in kerbside recycling collection today, Tuesday 19 September 2023.
This is a temporary delay, affecting collections today only, due to mechanical issues with the collection vehicle. Council will notify residents of any further delays to services.
Please leave your bins out. If high winds occur, bring bins to a sheltered location on your property to prevent litter getting blown around by the wind, before returning them to the kerb this evening or early tomorrow morning.
Delegate Transfer Station will be open as normal Tuesday from 9am to 12pm, as an alternative option for residents needing to dispose of waste urgently.
Council apologises for the inconvenience and appreciates the community's understanding.
