The aim of the webinar was to help ADS members feel confident in dealing with contracts that may be subject to the regulatory framework. We also explained how to access the support available from both the SSRO and the MOD to assist in successfully delivering contractual commitments and legal obligations. And along the way we also busted some myths and misconceptions about the regime!
Our Chief Executive John Russell - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) and Chief Regulatory Officer Joanne Watts - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) were joined by Charly Wason, the Head of the MOD's Single Source Contract Regulations Review Team. Jo reflected:
It was really useful to ensure that the people who are managing contracts under the regulatory framework understand the support that is available to them and how to access this. These webinars are one way in which we make ourselves accessible and visible to our stakeholders and gain insightful feedback from them.
