Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews are on scene at a vegetation fire burning near the intersection of the Bruce Highway and Daisy Dell Road, Bororen. The fire is currently posing no threat to property. Smoke is thick over sections of the Bruce Highway. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and to conditions. People should close windows and doors and if suffering from a respiratory condition, keep medications close by. If residents are concerned their property is under threat, call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
