Break And Enter Charges At Gold Coast 17 October

Police have charged two people following a break and enter at a chemist at Paradise Point earlier today, October 17.

It will be alleged that around 1.30am, a man and a woman used a stolen black Range Rover to damage the business on Grice Avenue and gain entry.

Police arrived at the scene within minutes and took a 25-year-old woman into custody.

The vehicle was located at the scene, and it will be alleged it was stolen from a Helensvale address between 2.30pm on October 16 and 1.30am on October 17.

A 25-year-old woman from Coolangatta has been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs and three counts of offence to buy or possess S4 or S8 medicines or hazardous poisons.

She is due to appear at Southport Magistrates Court on November 11.

A 20-year-old man from Southport has been charged with unlawful use of motor vehicles aircraft or vessels, enter premises and commit indictable offence by break and enter premises and commit indictable offence.

He has been denied police bail and is due to appear at Southport Magistrates Court on October 18.
