Break And Enter Charges, North And South Brisbane

Queensland Police have charged three teenage boys in relation to a series of alleged break and enters on Wednesday, July 10.

Investigations indicate at approximately 12.30am on July 10, a vehicle was stolen from a Wavell Heights residence.

A short time later at 1.30am, the group allegedly gained access to a Morningside house and attempted to locate car keys.

It is further alleged a resident of the home interrupted the group, who proceeded to make threats and damaged a wall and door. No one was physically injured.

The group left the scene in the allegedly stolen Wavell Heights vehicle, which was involved in several burglaries and attempted break and enters in Paddington and Bardon later that morning.

Police have charged a 16-year-old Zillmere boy with one count of entering a dwelling with intent by break at night in company damages property and one count of entering premises with intent to commit indictable offence.

Police have also charged a 16-year-old Northgate boy with one count of entering a dwelling with intent by break at night in company, one count of robbery armed/in company/wounded/used personal violence, one count of entering dwelling with intent by break at night whilst armed in company damages property, one count of attempted robbery – use/threaten violence armed/pretends to be armed or in company whilst armed with actual violence, and one count of entering premises with intent to commit indictable offence.

Both offenders have been remanded in custody and are expected to appear next before Brisbane Childrens Court on August 27.

A 16-year-old Stafford boy has been charged with one count of enter dwelling and commit, one count of unlawful use of motor vehicles aircraft or vessels - use used/intended for indictable offence in the night in company, one count of enter dwelling at night in company, one count of robbery armed/in company/wounded/used personal violence, four counts of attempted enter dwelling with intent at night in company, one count of unlawful use of motor vehicles aircraft or vessels - use, one count of enter dwelling with intent by break at night whilst armed in company damages property, one count of attempted robbery - use/threaten violence armed/pretends to be armed or in company whilst armed with actual violence, and one count of enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.

He is expected to appear before Brisbane Childrens Court today, July 17.
