Break And Enters At Gold Coast 19 June

Police are investigating the break and enter of a Hope Island shopping centre that occurred earlier today, June 19.

Initial investigations indicate that at around 2.30am, four offenders gained access to the Marina Quays Boulevard business.

Once inside, they have broken into and stolen items from an alcohol shop, a tobacconist, and a discount store.

Police are investigating possible links to a break and enter at a Coomera grocery store at around 2.00am, an Oxenford tobacconist at around 2.10am and vehicle fire involving a stolen Nissan Navara on the M1 at Helensvale at around 4.10am, earlier today.

The Nissan Navara was stolen from Robertson between 10pm June 17 and 4.40am on June 18.

Any witnesses, especially those with dashcam or CCTV vision of these incidents, are urged to contact police.

Investigations are continuing. There are no further details available at this time.
