Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Murtoa man Brendan Petter.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft and driving offences.
He is known to frequent Murtoa, Ballarat and Woodend but is thought to be in Melton.
Investigators have released an image of Petter in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Petter is described as Caucasian in appearance,178cm tall, medium build with brown hair and blue eyes.
