An investigation is underway after suspected electrical fire damaged a police station in the state's Far West.
Emergency services were called to Brewarrina Police Station about 7.10am (Tuesday 4 March 2025), responding to reports smoke had been seen coming from the building.
Fire and Rescue NSW attended and worked to extinguish the blaze, which caused fire, smoke and heat damage.
There's been no reports of injuries.
The cause of the fire is still to be confirmed; however, early indications are it may be electrical.
