Lithgow Council
Lithgow City Council will be carrying out vehicle bridge inspections in Lithgow and Wallerawang on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 of July 2024 from 7am to 5pm (weather permitting).
These necessary works are undertaken as part of council's routine inspections to determine the structural integrity of the bridges and to schedule future works should they be required.
Bridges on Tank Street, Sanford Street, Atkinson Street (Lithgow) and the Main Street Bridge over Cox's River (Wallerawang) will be inspected.
Minor travel delays on routes using the bridges may be experienced while the inspections are being conducted.
