Police have arrested a man after a brief pursuit overnight at Mount Barker.
Just after 10.30pm on Monday 17 February, patrols spotted a Holden utility with no number plates on Adelaide Road and attempted to stop the driver.
He refused and drove off at speed onto Alexandrina Road before driving over the roundabout at the intersection of Secker Road rendering the vehicle undriveable.
He was charged with a number of traffic offences along with possess article of disguise after a balaclava was inside the utility.
He was also drug tested and returned a positive test to methamphetamine.
The 24-year-old from Murray Bridge has been bailed to appear in the Mount Barker Magistrates on 15 April.
