Brighton East Seeks Input on Multi-Purpose Space Use

We want to hear your ideas on the kinds of community services and groups that could utilise Council's existing building at Hurlingham Park.

The building was previously known as the Brighton Angler's Club and temporarily used by the Hurlingham Preschool and the Brighton Playroom.

Now we have the opportunity for the Brighton East community to tell us what is missing in the precinct and how the space could be best utilised.

This multi-use space could include youth groups and play groups, community meeting spaces, family and services for older people.

Your feedback, along with technical plans and feasibility reports, will assist Council in bringing a fresh purpose to the space and help create positive outcomes for the local community.

Have your say before consultation closes on 25 August 2024.
