Attention Brisbane: Introducing THE BEAUMONT BEER GARDEN
A new outdoor rooftop beer garden with sips and dishes that celebrate Australian flavours in the heart of Brisbane, opens April 7.
Brisbane's newest rooftop beer garden at in the heart of the Valley, The Beaumont Beer Garden (meaning Beautiful Mountain) has been inspired by one of Australia's greatest natural features, The Great Dividing Range - it's flavours, fauna and flora, colours and history. So, raise your glass Brisbane, The Beaumont is bringing Australian flavours to the rooftops!
From its dramatic natural landscapes to its deep cultural roots, the Great Dividing Range continues to play a significant role in the lives of Queenslanders, offering a perfect blend of ecological wonder, outdoor adventure and historical charm, incredible sunrises and sunsets and spectacular views to witness the book ends of the day. It's been key to the robust Australian character and is now home to mountain and off-grid escapes, modern wineries and flavour-filled agritourism experiences, a result of rich black soil eroding from the World Heritage Listed volcanoes.
"The Beaumont BEER GARDEN pays homage to these 'Beautiful Mountains', through our menu and cocktail list and our design aesthetic and colourings. We borrowed the earthy tones (burnt orange, eucalyptus green and navy) with playful pastel accents of Australian flora, from these ancient mountains," said Group General Manager Danny Webster-Clamp, who brings a world of experience to the role.
"The menu at The Beaumont Beer Garden shines the flavour light on Australia's rich culinary heritage, blending traditional flavours with modern twists to create unforgettable dishes," he said. "We have a commitment real to local and will showcase high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients and unique native produce. From grilled barramundi with finger lime and macadamia crumble, to slow-cooked eucalyptus lamb, our mains have bold flavours."
Fan favourites like the Carrara Wagyu with Granite Belt Red wine jus, Kangaroo sausages or the "Byron" pizza will be conversation starters and crowd pleasers. End with wattleseed pavlova or dark chocolate tart with leatherwood honey, and pair with local beers, wines, or a signature cocktail like the Outback Blaze Margarita.
Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming venue boasts an outdoor rooftop beer garden with the space featuring timber, iron accents, and vintage signage that evoke the character of a classic pub. Eucalyptus plants and warm festoon lighting add a cozy, natural touch, while wooden tables and benches encourage laid back gatherings. The atmosphere is quintessentially Australian, with a hint of nostalgia— perfect for sipping craft beers under the open sky and enjoying flavour – Australian style.
