Willoughby City Council is pleased to announce scheduled and pre booked clean up services, including mattress collection, will recommence from Tuesday 10 August.
Council has worked with our contractors to ensure this important service can recommence in a COVID safe way.
Council is aware the cancellation of this service in July 2021 caused inconvenience for some residents, but the ongoing support of the community to navigate the COVID restrictions is appreciated.
Residents who had their booking cancelled will be provided with one free additional pre-booked collection which can be booked on Council's website, or by calling our customer service centre on 02 9777 1000.
The clean-up that was originally scheduled for Northbridge this week, the week commencing 9 August 2021, will go ahead and residents of Northbridge can leave their bulky goods out for collection. Future scheduled areas will recommence as planned, please see Council's website for future schedules.
We are pleased that we can now reoffer this service to our community.
