Police have charged three men with 20 offences following an alleged burglary with violence at Rockhampton on February 14.
Police will allege the three men attended an Elphinstone Street address and forced entry into the residence around 9.10pm.
It will be further alleged the group of men threatened a 34-year-old man and 31-year-old woman at the property before stealing a quantity of property and fleeing the scene.
The 34-year-old man sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene.
Over the weekend, police executed two search warrants at a Duthie Avenue address and a Shields Avenue address, and took three men into custody.
A 34-year-old Frenchville man has been charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of supplying dangerous drugs, use carriage service to menace or harass, wilful damage, stealing, enter dwelling with intent, armed robbery, attempted kidnapping, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, and possessing drug utensils.
A 21-year-old Frenchville man has been charged with enter dwelling with intent, armed robbery, attempted kidnapping, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and possessing dangerous drugs.
A 23-year-old Frenchville man has been charged with enter dwelling with intent, armed robbery, attempted kidnapping and acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
All three men are due to appear before Rockhampton Magistrates Court today, February 17.
Investigations are ongoing.
