ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: This fire has and is likely to impact local communities and outstations over the next three days. The Karlu Karlu / Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve campground is closed until further notice. Fire crews are working in the area. Fire may impact the Stuart Highway as containment efforts continue. Intermittent road closures or reduced speed limits may occur for the safety of road users when fire behaviour increases. Motorists are urged to slow down, adhere to any directions of emergency service workers.
