About 8:50am, a blue Mitsubishi Pajero station wagon driving on Brookton-Corrigin Road and a white Toyota Hilux tray-top travelling the opposite direction were involved in a collision near Bulyee Road.
The 51-year-old male driver of the Toyota Hilux died from his injuries at the scene. A 16-year-old female passenger was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital.
The occupants of the Mitsubishi Pajero, a 39-year-old man (driver), a 40-year-old woman (passenger), an eight-year-old boy (passenger) and a nine-year-old boy (passenger) were conveyed to Narrogin Hospital.
