Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Byford on Wednesday, 17 July 2024.
About 11.55pm on Wednesday 17 July 2024, a white Hyundai Getz hatchback and a blue Mack truck with a white semi-trailer, collided at the intersection of Beenyup Road and South Western Highway in Byford.
The 17-year-old female driver of the Hyundai and an 18-year-old male passenger, were conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for medical treatment. Another passenger, a 26-year-old man, died at the scene.
The 38-year-old male driver of the truck was not injured.
