Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Byron Spencer.
The 51-year-old is wanted on warrant for careless driving and traffic-related offences.
He is known to frequent the Altona area.
Investigators have released an image of Spencer in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Spencer is described as Caucasian in appearance with a medium build and tattoos on both sides of his neck.
