An Expression of Interest is currently open for a local artist to create an artwork for the Rockdale Train Station Concourse.
This high-traffic pedestrian walkway serves as a key access route to the station, providing the perfect canvas for creative expression and community building.
This opportunity for local artists is funded in collaboration with Transport Asset Holding Entity and Transport NSW, aiming to enhance the concourse's vibrancy while improving nighttime safety.
The selected artist will design one long artwork that runs across a series of windows along the concourse.
Local artists with a proven track record in delivering public art projects on time, on budget, and on brief are eligible to apply by Friday 29 November.
