Camden's Newly Elected Councillors

Camden Council has welcomed nine elected Councillors with five new and four Councillors who have previously served at Council, following the results of the recent Local Government Elections.

The following candidates will now serve as elected representatives for Camden Council:

North Ward

  • Abha Suri (new)
  • Vince Ferreri (new)
  • Eliza Rahman (new)

South Ward

  • Damien Quinnell (new)
  • Rose Sicari (new)
  • Eva Campbell (returning)

Central Ward

  • Peter McLean (returning)
  • Ashleigh Cagney (returning)
  • Therese Fedeli (returning)

Council's General Manager, Andrew Carfield said, "On behalf of all Camden Council staff, I would like to extend my congratulations to the newly elected Councillors. They will play a crucial role in setting the vision and strategic direction for the community.

I look forward to working closely with the Councillors to achieve shared goals and great outcomes for the Camden community."

There will be an Ordinary Meeting of Council on Tuesday 15 October to elect a Mayor and Deputy Mayor. The public is invited to attend Council Chambers at 70 Central Ave, Oran Park and the outcome of the Mayoral election will be announced following the meeting.
