OTTAWA - Yvan Baker, Member of Parliament (Etobicoke Centre), will inaugurate the Memorial to the Victims of Communism - Canada, a Land of Refuge, alongside Ludwik Klimkowski, Chair of Tribute to Liberty, on Thursday.
