Inquiries are continuing after police uncovered a cannabis crop and seized ammunition when a search warrant was executed at a property 25km west of Tamworth yesterday.
About 10.10am Wednesday (26 February 2020), officers from Oxley Police District executed a search warrant at a property on the Duri-Wallamore Road at Bithramere,
During the search, police seized 21 cannabis plants, cannabis leaf, drug paraphernalia and ammunition which they allege was not stored securely.
Police also seized a registered firearm at the scene and has issued a 50-year-old man with a firearms suspension notice.
Inquiries are continuing.
