Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a crash which occurred overnight at Campbelltown, according to SA Police.
Just after 9.30pm on Thursday 15 March, patrols and emergency services were called to the O-Bahn track after reports of a Toyota sedan having crashed through a fence near the intersection of Elm Road and Lochiel Avenue before coming to rest on its side on the track.
The driver and only occupant, a 20-year-old man from Campbelltown was taken to Modbury Hospital to be medically assessed.
