Police are investigating after a car crashed into a house in Ryde yesterday, NSW Police say.
About 6.45pm on Saturday (28 July 2018), emergency services were called to the intersection of Allan Street and Addington Street, following reports a Toyota Camry had left the road and crashed into a home.
The driver, a 47-year-old woman, was trapped in the vehicle for a short period of time, before being freed by Fire & Rescue NSW.
She was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital with facial injuries, where she will undergo mandatory testing.
The house sustained minor damage during the incident.
Officers from Ryde Police Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
