Carnarvon Ram Raid Charges

Carnarvon Detectives are continuing to investigate a burglary incident at a liquor store in Carnarvon that occurred around 2:50am on Monday 24 February 2025.

A stolen Toyota Landcruiser station sedan was used to ram through the secure roller doors to the premises, causing extensive damage.

Various items were stolen from inside the store.

The Landcruiser was later located by police abandoned in bushland in Grey Plains.

On 25 February 2025, Carnarvon Detectives located, arrested and charged a number of people with the following offences:

• A 16-year-old juvenile male with four counts of 'Stealing of a Motor Vehicle', two counts of 'Possession of Stolen or Unlawfully Obtained Property', and one count of 'Possession of a Prohibited Drug';

• A 15-year-old juvenile male with two counts of 'Aggravated Burglary and Commit', two counts of 'Stealing of a Motor Vehicle' and two counts of 'Stealing';

• A 12-year-old juvenile male with one count 1 x 'Aggravated Burglary and Commit', one count of 'Stealing of a Motor Vehicle' and one count of 'Stealing';

The 16 and 15-year-old males both will appear before the Carnarvon Children's Court this morning, 25 February 2025.

The 12-year-old male was bailed to appear before the Carnarvon Children's Court on 11 March 2025.
