CCTV Released After Dandenong Fatal Collision

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have released CCTV of a dark coloured SUV following a fatal hit-run collision in Dandenong last night.

The vision released shows the dark coloured vehicle, which did not stop at the scene, travelling north on Stud Road just prior to the collision.

Sadly, a woman died at the scene after she was hit by two vehicles while crossing Stud Road, west to east, on Friday 7 June about 9pm.

The first driver that struck the woman, travelling south on Stud Road in a silver Mercedes sedan, stopped at the scene and has spoken with police.

The second vehicle, which is pictured below, left the scene and continued driving towards Rowville leaving the 29-year-old woman from Dandenong North fatally injured on the road.
