Nominate an NBMLHD superstar as part of the Together Awards
We are hosting our annual 'Together' staff recognition and awards ceremonies in November 2024 and want your nominations.
The 'Above and Beyond Consumer Choice' award recognises the hard work and dedication of a NBMLHD individual staff member or team who:
- Demonstrates exceptional commitment, professionalism and compassionate care to patients and consumers
- Delivers exceptional compassionate and professional service and support
- Goes above and beyond
The community can nominate an individual staff member or team from any of our facilities including:
- Nepean Hospital
- Blue Mountains/Springwood Hospital
- Hawkesbury District Hospital
- Lithgow Hospital/Portland Multi-Purpose Service
- Community and other services (Community Health Centres, Mental Health, Population Health, Drug and Alcohol, Oral Health, Public Health)
A judging panel of NBMLHD staff and consumers will be convened to review nominations and select winners.
Nominations close Friday 23 August 2024.
