Starting this weekend, the Jindabyne ScrapMart buyback facility at Jindabyne Landfill will be open on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.
This is a permanent change to the opening day for Jindabyne ScrapMart and the facility will no longer open on Sundays.
Our ScrapMart buyback facilities play an important role in Council's sustainability efforts, preventing high quality used goods from ending up in landfill. Council operates three ScrapMarts across the Snowy Monaro at our landfill sites in Bombala, Cooma and Jindabyne.
Donations of good quality second-hand items that can be resold to the public are accepted during landfill opening hours at all three locations.
