Bland Shire Council is announcing changes within its leadership team, marking a transition as the organisation continues to evolve and strengthen its services to the community.
Mr Ray Graham, Director Technical Services, has recently resigned from Bland Shire Council to pursue new opportunities.
Council's General Manager, Grant Baker, thanked Mr Graham for his contributions to the organisation since his commencement in October 2022.
"Ray has been an invaluable member of the Council leadership team during his time here at Bland Shire," said Mr Baker.
Notable achievements of Mr Graham's term include the advancement of strategic planning projects including the Main Street Revitalisation Project and the Sport and Recreation Plan, extensive planning for the delivery of road network improvements during an unprecedented period of government funding, plus undertaking an organisational review across the Technical Services Directorate.
"On behalf of the Council, I thank Ray for his hard work and commitment to the organisation and the community during his time as Director Technical Services. We wish him every success in his future endeavours," said Mr Baker.
