Brimbank Embona Armed Robbery Taskforce detectives have charged two teens following an aggravated burglary in Kurunjang Monday night, Victoria Police say.
Police believe five to six males entered the victim’s home while they were sleeping in Greenhills Drive about 11.30pm Monday night.
A 14-year-old youth from Melton has been charged with;
•Assault with Weapon x 2
•Theft
•Theft of Motor vehicle
A 15-year-old youth from Melton has been charged with;
•Assault with Weapon x 2
•Theft
•Theft of Motor vehicle
•Drive at a Speed dangerous
Both Melton youths will be presented before a Children’s Court at a later date.
An 18-year-old man from Melton has been released on summons.
Police are still looking for the remaining three offenders.
