Police have charged four men with more than 30 offences following an alleged dangerous driving incident across Ipswich and Brisbane last week.
It will be alleged a white Hyundai i30 was first seen being driven dangerously in Ipswich around 9.30am on Thursday, November 7, before it was also sighted in North Brisbane, Logan and again in Ipswich.
The vehicle was allegedly stolen from Ashgrove on October 30.
Two 19-year-old men and an 18-year-old man were taken into custody on Friday afternoon at a Leichhardt property. Police also took a fourth man into custody at a Walloon property on Friday afternoon.
A 19-year-old Redbank Plains man has been charged with two counts each of stealing, receiving tainted property, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, attempted enter dwelling with intent, and one count each of unlicenced driving, enter premises and commit by break, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and publish on social media in company, travel in vehicle with part of body outside of window, enter premises with intent, enter dwelling and commit, enter dwelling with intent, and wilful damage.
He was remanded into custody and is due to appear in Roma Magistrates Court on December 2.
A 19-year-old Walloon man has been charged with three counts of attempted enter dwelling with intent, and one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, receiving tainted property, stealing, unlicenced driving, enter premises and commit via break, and enter premises and commit.
He was remanded in custody and is due to reappear before Ipswich Magistrates Court on November 25.
A 19-year-old Mansfield man has been charged with one count each of wilful damage, unlawful use of a motor vehicle used in indictable offence at night and in company, enter dwelling and commit. Police also executed a return to prison warrant in relation to this person.
