Police have today interviewed a man and upgraded his charges in relation to the death of Kangaroo Flat woman Samantha Kelly, Victoria Police say.
The body of the 39-year-old woman was located in bushland near Bendigo-Maryborough Road, Shelbourne on Thursday 11 February.
A 44-year-old Swan Hill man had his charge of accessory to murder upgraded to murder.
He will appear at Swan Hill Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
