Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal house fire in Cheltenham this morning.
Emergency services were called to a property on Warrigal Road to reports of the blaze, about 4.30am.
A deceased person, who is yet to be formally identified, was located inside the house.
A crime scene has been established and detectives are working to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the fire.
