A childcare employee has been charged following an investigation into the alleged assault of three toddlers in Sydney's south last month.
Detectives from South Sydney Police Area Command commenced an investigation following reports three two-year-old boys were assaulted while in a woman's care at a childcare centre on Bourke Road, Alexandria, on Tuesday 13 July 2021.
Following inquiries, a 29-year-old woman was arrested at Mascot Police Station about 9.40am on Thursday 22 July 2021, and charged with three counts of common assault.
The woman was granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court today (Monday 16 August 2021).
