Christmas Design Competition: Bayside

It's time to get creative as Bayside Council's annual Christmas Design Competitions are now open.

Council is searching for a new design for the street flags and Christmas cards that will be used this year is now open.

The popular flag design competition has been enthusiastically embraced by our artistic community and the winning flag design will feature on street flags that are flown across Bayside during the Christmas season.

The Christmas card design will be used on the Christmas cards, that are sent out by the Mayor, Councillors and the Executive team, either digitally or as printed cards.

Council is looking for Christmas designs that are bright, cheerful and celebrate the festive season. The competition is open to all residents and local school children.

The winning designs may also form part of Council's Christmas displays, printed material and online promotions.

Submissions can be hand drawn, photographs or digital designs however they must conform to a predefined template that fits with Council branding principles and logo requirements and be suitable for use on a street flag and banner.

Entries for the Christmas Flag Design close on Friday 25 October and entries for the Christmas Card Design close on Friday 8 November.
