Christmas calendar of connections

While many of us are looking forward to holiday celebrations with family and friends, others will find the festive season a difficult time.

Sometimes the simplest of gestures can make a big impact:

  • Go to a local café for a cuppa and chat
  • Suggest a walk and talk in the local neighbourhood or nearby park
  • Drop off a meal
  • Handmake a card or small gift
  • Extend an invitation to someone who will be alone on Christmas Day.
