Bayside will be spreading plenty of Christmas cheer this year with six new Christmas trees installed around Bayside as part of Council's Christmas program.
Each five-metre-high tree will be decorated with vibrant LEDs and sparking ornaments that will help create a magical Christmas atmosphere in Bayside.
One tree will be installed in each Council Ward, with two trees being installed along the popular beachfront area.
The six trees are expected to be installed outside the Angelo Anestis Aquatic Centre in Bexley, Arthur Park in Botany, Cook Park in Brighton Le Sands, Mascot Memorial Park in Mascot, Bill Bately Place in Ramsgate Beach and King Street Mall in Rockdale.
The trees will be complemented by Council's Christmas flags, designed by Bayside locals that will be flown on more than 100 flagpoles across Bayside this Christmas.
