The system is easy to use, cost effective and will speed up processing times.

For using the online system, customers will need:
- to sign in to or create a Companies House account
- to save the completed documents to the device you are using
For some document types, you will also need:
- the company authentication code
- to pay for the document
- to include supporting evidence
