Two segments on Cincinnati Edition discussed the evolving legal landscape for reproductive rights following the U.S. Supreme Court ruling Dobbs, which overturned a federal constitutional right to an abortion. States now have latitude in determining the legality of abortion and Kentucky voters will decide whether to eliminate the right to an abortion altogether during the November elections. UC Law sponsored a daylong colloquium, "Reproductive Rights Post Dobbs" and panelists during that event also shared their thoughts about the legal, reproductive and community impacts of the High Court's latest ruling on abortion.
