The City of Perth's Corporate Business Plan 2024/25 - 2027/28 is now available.
The plan sets out a clear 4-year roadmap for making the City more liveable, sustainable, and prosperous. It aligns with the City's long-term vision and details key actions and projects to enhance the City's economic, social and environmental outcomes.
Our commitments balance the needs of our growing future City, with meeting the needs of today, and ensuring the continued efficient delivery of high-quality services for our community.
It invests in all we love about Perth, while also working to make the most of the opportunities to deliver a better, brighter and bolder City in the years ahead.
