Due to the Total Fire Ban and Extreme Fire Danger Rating declared for tomorrow, Saturday 18 March, our Recycling Centre in Plenty will be closed. The Centre will reopen on Sunday 19 March.
In addition, our Open Farm Day event planned for Saturday at Edendale Farm has been cancelled.
The Saturday events at the Warrandyte Festival have also been cancelled. Activities planned for tonight, Friday, and Sunday are going ahead as planned at this stage.
Like many of you, we were looking forward to these events and are very disappointed they have had to be cancelled. However, community safety is paramount.
